17. Security of Information

The Customer, acknowledging that Esadax has been awarded the ISO 27001:2013 certification and has other means and/or instruments deemed suitable to protect information security (physical, logical, computer science, and organisational), undertakes, now and in the future, not to disclose confidential information known or handled in connection with the execution and/or application of the Contract or make it available to third parties without the specific written consent of Esadax.
