Esadax. Terms and conditions for provision of the Esadax Hosting Service

4. Finalising the Contract

4.1 Execution of the Contract

The Contract is executed on the date Esadax receives the correctly completed and timely submitted Order Form, together with payment of the amount due for the Service. By submitting the Order Form, the Customer fully accepts the Conditions and all related documents mentioned in Article 2. After service activation, an email will be sent to the Customer confirming activation and providing Login Details. The use of the Services by the Customer constitutes acceptance of all contractual terms and conditions.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and acknowledges Esadax's right to request additional information required for Service activation, in compliance with current legislation.

4.3 Language of the Contract

By sending the Order Form, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the only valid and effective version of the Contract is the one in Italian. Any versions provided in foreign languages are merely a courtesy.
