3. Purpose of the Contract

The purpose of the Contract is to provide the Customer with the Service, including the technical and economic features, in accordance with the type and procedures outlined in the Order Form and Technical Specifications for the actual Service. Any additional provisions not covered by the Contract may be provided upon the Customer's specific request, subject to feasibility, with conditions, terms, and fees to be agreed upon.
