To confirm the issuance of an SSL certificate through Esadax, follow these organized steps:

  1. Receive Approval Email: You will receive an approval email containing a link to confirm the SSL issuance.

  2. Click Confirmation Link: Click the provided link in the approval email to confirm the process.

  3. Wait for Validation: The validation process may take longer if using HTTP or CNAME methods, as the CA needs to locate the file or record. Ensure the file is publicly accessible and not blocked by firewalls.

  4. Troubleshooting Validation Issues: If validation fails, verify the accuracy of the file data and its accessibility. Once corrected, wait for the CA's next check to validate successfully.

  5. OV/EV Certificate Requirements: For Organization Validated (OV) or Extended Validation (EV) certificates, ensure your domain's Whois information is correct. Esadax may send additional validation emails or request documents as needed.

  6. Processing Time: Allow up to an hour for the CA to process the application. If no approval email is received within this timeframe, contact SSL Support via Live Chat or email at sslsupport@esadax.com.

  7. Certificate Issuance and Receipt: Once validated and issued, the SSL certificate will be sent to your administrative email address used during activation.

  8. Download from Esadax: After issuance, download the certificate from your Esadax account once its status changes to "Active."

  9. Install SSL on Server: Install the SSL certificate correctly on your hosting server using the provided guidelines or tools. Use the decoder.link tool for verification: https://decoder.link.
