These Fast Refund Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all refunds issued by Esadax.com (“Esadax”), its partners (“Partners”), and/or registered sellers of Esadax.com (“Sellers”) to registered buyer members (“Buyers”).

Transactions made on the Esadax Platform may be canceled under the following circumstances:

• By the Buyer, before payment has been processed.
• By the Buyer, by exercising the right of withdrawal in certain jurisdictions.
• By the Esadax Platform, at its sole discretion.
• By the Seller, after acceptance in a dispute proceeding.
• As otherwise provided in other applicable Esadax Terms & Conditions.

These T&Cs entitle Esadax, Partners, and Sellers—with the Buyer’s express consent—to convert refunds from such canceled transactions (“Refunds”) into bonus credits (“Bonus”) for future purchases on:

• The Esadax website
• The Esadax App (Android/iOS)
• The Esadax mobile site

(collectively, the “Esadax Platform”).

1. Refund Method

In most cases, Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and currency (“Cash Refund”). However, Esadax may offer the Buyer the option to receive the Refund as a Bonus instead.

2. Chargeback Requests

If a Buyer files a chargeback request after having used a Bonus, Esadax may:

• Suspend or terminate the affected transaction(s)
• Cancel the corresponding Bonus

Esadax assumes no liability for claims arising from such suspensions or cancellations caused by the Buyer’s chargeback.

3. Consent for Bonus Conversion

Buyers must explicitly consent (e.g., via checkbox) to convert a Cash Refund into Bonus on the Esadax Platform.

4. Irrevocability of Bonus

Once converted, the Bonus:

• Fully replaces any Cash Refund.
• Cannot be reversed or converted back into cash.

This choice is final and irrevocable.

5. Release of Liability

By accepting the Bonus, the Buyer waives all claims against Esadax, Partners, and Sellers related to:

• The original Cash Refund
• The converted Bonus
• Any additional compensation or refund

6. Applying the Bonus

• The Bonus can be used during checkout to reduce the total purchase amount.
• Any unused portion remains in the Buyer’s account until fully consumed.
• If the Bonus is insufficient to cover the full amount, the Buyer may pay the difference via any accepted payment method.
• Use of Bonus is optional for each purchase and subject to its validity period and other terms.

7. Validity Period

The Bonus is valid for 12 months from the date of conversion. Unused Bonus amounts expire after this period.

8. Refusal or Cancellation of Refund or Bonus

Esadax, Partners, and Sellers may refuse, cancel, or void any Cash Refund or Bonus if:

• Issued in error
• Suspected fraud is involved
• There’s a violation of these or other Esadax T&Cs

9. Fraud and Breach

If fraud or breach is suspected, Esadax reserves the right to:

• Cancel the Buyer’s participation in the refund program
• Take any necessary remedial measures

10. Bonus Use Restrictions

• Bonus amounts remain fixed.
• Esadax reserves the right to change the eligible products for Bonus usage at any time.
• A Buyer may not always be able to use a Bonus for the same product previously purchased.

11. Modification of Terms

These T&Cs may be updated at any time without prior notice. Buyers will be notified via the Esadax App, and updates take effect immediately upon publication. In case of any dispute, Esadax’s decision is final.

12. Governing Language

In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
