To order a dedicated IP address from Esadax, follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Reach out to the Billing/Sales department via Live Chat or email at billing@esadax.com.

2. Pro-Rated Difference Payment: If your current billing cycle doesn't align with the monthly fee, you may need to pay any pro-rated difference upfront.

3. IP Assignment: After payment is confirmed, Esadax will assign a dedicated IP address to your hosting package.

4. Cost: The cost for the dedicated IP is $4 per month.

5. Billing Cycle Adjustment: The billing cycle will be adjusted to match your current plan's terms (e.g., monthly billing for monthly plans).

6. Additional IPs:

   • Shared Plans: Only one dedicated IP available.
   • Reseller, VPS, or Dedicated Servers: Additional IPs may be available, with costs depending on the plan.
