This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up nameservers with Esadax.com.

Step 1: Access Your Esadax Account

  • Log in to your Esadax account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Domain List

  • Once logged in, navigate to the "Domain List" section within your account dashboard.

Step 3: Select the Domain

  • Locate and select the domain you wish to configure with the new nameservers.

Step 4: Change Nameservers

  • In the domain management interface, find the section for nameserver configuration.
  • Enter the following nameservers:
    • Primary: dns1.Esadaxhosting.com
    • Secondary: dns2.Esadaxhosting.com

Step 5: Save Changes

  • After entering the nameservers, save your changes. This action will overwrite existing DNS records.

Step 6: Monitor Propagation

  • DNS changes typically take up to 24 hours to fully propagate. During this time, your website may not be accessible through certain ISPs.
  • To check your site's availability during propagation, use online proxies like Anonymouse or KProxy.

Step 7: Reconfigure DNS Records

  • Once propagation is complete, reconfigure your DNS records (e.g., A, MX, CNAME) on your preferred DNS provider.

Additional Notes:

  • Domain Registration: If your domain is registered with another registrar (e.g., GoDaddy), obtain the correct nameservers from Esadax and configure them there.
  • Reseller Information: Contact your reseller for specific instructions regarding nameserver setup.
  • Support Assistance: Need help? Contact Esadax's HelpDesk for support.
