To enable HTTPS redirects using Esadax SSL, follow these steps:

  1. Check HTTPS Redirect Status: Open the Esadax SSL tab and verify the status of HTTPS Redirect. It is enabled by default.

  2. Toggle Off if Needed: If you prefer individual URL behavior, toggle the HTTPS Redirect to Off. Be aware that it will disable automatically when your SSL expires.

  3. Renew SSL Certificate:

    • When a renewal is due (within 30 days), click the Renew option next to the certificate.
    • Follow the prompts in Esadax's account panel to purchase and install the new SSL. This may take up to 30 minutes.
  4. Use Retry Option: If auto-installation fails, use the Retry feature in your Esadax account to reinitiate the process.

  5. Contact Support for CMS Issues: If using Prestashop, Magento, or OpenCart, reach out to Esadax support to resolve any insecure content issues.
